  On a pleasant note, a night a couple weeks ago I just got done working out, and the gym was closing. Didn’t have enough time to hit the tanning, sucked. So i took a chance on another gym, same gym chain but one that is open even after service. Lucky me, there was a girl working there still. Not only was she real nice, she even gave me  FREE  tokens for tanning!  
  So when she left i dropped a sheet in the suggestion box, saying that the girl working here should be used in campaign ads, that friendly, that good looking!   
  I met her a couple days ago at another gym altogether. We walked past each other... nothing. Then I turned around said; don't you guys ever check the suggestion box??  
  She lit up like  SMILEY  holy shit! Thanking me, blushing, smiling. I returned the smile, told her she made my day and walked out. Mission accomplished! That was awesome.  
  Had to drop something off, at the gym, wasn’t even supposed to workout:)

  why I like to do em in a smith-machine once in a while is because it lets me to fall foward a bit, added squeeze! And in "Bent over I usually stop before the bottom in every rep before I let it down, so that the weight pulls the muscle more.

  Woke up and the weather was nice for the first time in AGES. So I decided to go for a walk, skip the treadmill. Listened to metal remixes of Zelda. AWESOME. Then I met my neighbour on the trail and talked for a while. Tonight was superbowl.  
  Later that night, around 8 pm, I went to the gym and had a great workout.  CHEST ! I ended up working lighter than EVER, but the flow had my muscles burning troughout.  
   Benchpress  10sets 8-15reps 100-120kg/220-265lbs  
   Incline smith  10sets 8-15reps 90-100kg/200-220lbs  
   Dips  6sets 8-12reps bodyweight.   
   Ab-machine  6sets  
   Cardio  30 min  
  As I was eating my post workout meal, the place suddenly whent pitch black!? I didn't know WTF was going on, until I saw the time. I had about 2 minutes to get the hell out of there before the alarm goes off. I just grabbed my gear and left in a hurry. Forgot a pair of shoes though. My friend lives pretty close to the gym. I got there QUICK. Plus, it was cold out, only had a t-shirt on and it was SOAKED, I had to. Then I watched the superbowl with the boys (in Sweden the game starts at 11 pm). Altough, we didn't agree on some calls. Blame it on  Tequila .   
  Step down Robin. I am..  BATMAN!    
   I had a great time. In the morning I had stop by the gym and get my shoes. Then I though I might as well do 1h cardio. Later on the bus home, there's this woman crying. I sat down. Thought about it. then I walked up to her and asked if there is something I can do? If she wanted company on the bus? I recognize deep shit when I see it. I knew there was nothing I could do. I just wanted to show her that someone cares, that might help a little.. maybe someday at least. I even thought about putting my hand on hers, but I was affraid she'd get offended. I've cried on the bus, but I keep that shit hidden. There's been two incidents though. Nr 1. Found out that a friend tried to take his life. Locked myself in the bathroom, but my girlfriend wouldn't have it haha. Busted. Nr 2. In the car with another girlfriend. My cat had just died, my tiny fiery baby. I got her from drug addicts and she had some problems. And everybody had a problem with her, but she was calm with me. We had that special bond.   
  Oh maybe there's been a incident watching Eight below too:)

  Today was all about an exercise and a number next to it. Deadlift. Everything else was bonus.   
  I worked my way up doing singles.  260kg/573lbs  was NOTHING.  300kg/661lbs  next. I knew this would be tough, but I counted on making it. I didn't! Just didn't have enough burst. Then I remembered seeing a video with Poundstone on MD. He said that once he refused to give up, and just kept on trying and trying, eventually owning it! I thought to myself, this will be a day like that, I'll just keep on trying. Second attempt was WORSE! I had NO burst WHATSOEVER this time! I gave up. I came to the conclusion that I just don't have the strength and technique for this. I'm not the MAN. My  310kg/683lbs  was LUCK! I walked straight across the gym to a friend of mine who used to powerlift, and hit him up with a question. -Can you teach me? He said sure. That's that and I need to start all over.

  A couple of guys started talking to me. Made some new friends. That's always cool. The gym closed earlier than I expected. So I didn't have time to shower or do the full cardio. And I kind of wanted to tan too. But that's why there's other gyms. I got to tan and finish my cardio. Even did some weights, not to break em down, just to stimulate. A friend was there. We talked about chicks for a good half an hour. He's pretty well built and Italian looking. Man does he GET! ..I can't complain;)  
  Waiting for the bus home and I recognize this old man. I saved him from being  stabbed  once, by two  gangmembers . He didn't seem to recognize me at all. Maybe he didn't see me. That's what I get. I'll probably die next time. Ah well, it's all about the rocking chair any way. To look back on your life and be proud. Shit I've done bad things, when I was younger. But I think I've made up for it. Either way I got time left.  
  Actually, I feel  GOOD . It's been a nice day. The radio on the bus played this song. Spot on!
